We’re rapidly scaling—and we’re looking for a Human Resources Manager who’s ready to build the HR department from the ground up, support our 30–40 employees, and help us scale to 20+ clinics in the next 18–24 months.
This is a hybrid position with 1–2 in-person days/week at HQ (or core clinics) and monthly travel across clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle HR: recruiting, onboarding, compliance, policies, and retention
- Build and roll out HR infrastructure: HRIS, employee handbook, onboarding checklists
- Support clinic managers in resolving employee issues and improving performance
- Standardize HR policies across 10+ sites and ensure WA state labor law compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to create a high-retention culture across all clinics
- Manage external vendors for payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Travel monthly (2–3 days/month) to support clinic HR needs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years HR experience, with multi-site or multi-unit responsibility
- Strong track record in compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and HR system rollout
- Experience with frontline healthcare or service teams (e.g., medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic)
- Solid working knowledge of Washington State labor laws
- Comfortable traveling to multiple clinics each month (statewide only)
