We are looking for more than an HR administrator.We are hiring a builder. A strategist. Someone who thrives on creating systems, coaching leaders, and helping a fast-growing company scale its people operations to match its ambitious goals.
We currently have 40 employees across multiple locations and are planning to scale to over 100 team members in the next few years. If you have experience managing HR for multi-site operations, that is strongly preferred.

We are Chiro 1st, a rapidly growing healthcare group dedicated to helping people live pain-free lives without drugs or surgery.
We’ve grown from a single clinic to multiple locations and 40 employees — and we’re just getting started. To keep up with that growth, we need a strong HR Manager who can implement systems, support managers, and help us maintain our high standards as we scale.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring an HR Manager to lead and optimize our people operations. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build the HR infrastructure that supports a growing, high-performance team.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruitment: Build and manage a predictable hiring system to keep our talent pipeline full and reduce time-to-hire.
Onboarding and Training: Create an onboarding program that ramps employees quickly and reinforces our culture.
Performance Management: Implement a performance review process tied to company goals and KPIs.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with state and federal employment laws and train managers as needed.
Culture: Help sustain a high-accountability, people-first culture as we grow.
This is not just a transactional HR role. You will partner with leaders to build a scalable people strategy for a multi-site business.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who have:
At least 3 years of HR leadership or HR management experience
Experience supporting a multi-site organization preferred
A track record of building processes, not just maintaining them
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices
Ability to coach managers, deliver tough feedback, and hold leaders accountable
A business-first mindset and strong communication skills
