We are looking for more than an HR administrator. We are hiring a builder. A strategist. Someone who thrives on creating systems, coaching leaders, and helping a fast-growing company scale its people operations to match its ambitious goals.

We currently have 40 employees across multiple locations and are planning to scale to over 100 team members in the next few years. If you have experience managing HR for multi-site operations, that is strongly preferred.

If you love solving problems, building processes, and ensuring people and the business perform at a high level — we want to talk to you.

WHO WE ARE

We are Chiro 1st, a rapidly growing healthcare group dedicated to helping people live pain-free lives without drugs or surgery.

We’ve grown from a single clinic to multiple locations and 40 employees — and we’re just getting started. To keep up with that growth, we need a strong HR Manager who can implement systems, support managers, and help us maintain our high standards as we scale.

THE ROLE

We’re hiring an HR Manager to lead and optimize our people operations. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build the HR infrastructure that supports a growing, high-performance team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment: Build and manage a predictable hiring system to keep our talent pipeline full and reduce time-to-hire.

  • Onboarding and Training: Create an onboarding program that ramps employees quickly and reinforces our culture.

  • Performance Management: Implement a performance review process tied to company goals and KPIs.

  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with state and federal employment laws and train managers as needed.

  • Culture: Help sustain a high-accountability, people-first culture as we grow.

This is not just a transactional HR role. You will partner with leaders to build a scalable people strategy for a multi-site business.

OUTCOMES WE EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST YEAR

  • Reduce average time-to-hire to under 14 days

  • Achieve employee retention rate of 90% or higher

  • Launch a performance management system with quarterly reviews and clear KPIs

  • Increase employee engagement scores by 20%

  • Achieve full compliance on audits, filings, and training requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of HR leadership or HR management experience

  • Ability to coach managers, deliver tough feedback, and hold leaders accountable

  • A business-first mindset and strong communication skills

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary of $80,000–$100,000 base plus performance bonus

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

  • A seat at the leadership table of a growing, ambitious company

  • Opportunity to grow your career as we scale to over 100 employees
